We went over to the house to take some measurements and to poke around a bit. We are planning on getting the plumbing working in the 2nd floor kitchen and the big bathroom on 2nd floor. We are not sure where all of the pipes are and might have to look under the floor or above the 1st floor ceiling.
Melinda was sad tonight after we put her to bed. I think this is the first time she realized what moving would really be. She was sad about missing her best friend Sophia. We talked about how we could still see Sophia. But it is not the same as living in the same town. :( HUGS for Melinda.

She is actually excited about the new house. Most days she is sad when we tell her it is time to go back to Hickman. She can't wait for the first night we sleep there. :) It is just a little sad that the kids won't be able to see their friends as much. But we have been telling them that we are still very close to their friends and they can still do things with them.
